*IMPORTANT* -Please make sure the shipping address you enter on the order form is CORRECT with USPS/UPS. If it is incorrect USPS will send it back to us and I will NOT resend another one for free or give any refund due to the nature of the item. If it is incorrect and UPS finds the correct address; for example a different zip code UPS will automatically correct the address and charge us $18+ for that change if that happens We will charge you (the customer) if it was put on the order form incorrectly and that will need to be paid before you can make any other purchases. We try to check the addresses before shipping but that verification process interrupts the time we need to process orders therefore slows down the production time so please double check your shipping address on order form. We understand typing mistakes happen from time to time but it only takes a few seconds to double check it.
Shipping days do not include production time. Keep in mind USPS and UPS do NOT consider Saturday/Sunday as business days and they do NOT count the day its shipped when estimating time frame to receive. For faster shipping please check your email often after you have placed your order in case I have a question about your order. Edible images are shipped in sturdy cardboard envelopes with Do Not Bend stickers on both sides to ensure that your topper is not damaged during shipment. Your edible image is sealed in a plastic zip bag and a sheet with detailed instructions and tips on how to apply your topper is included. Shipping delivery times will vary and I cannot be responsible for postal delays. Refunds are not given if your order is not received by your party date. We been doing this for 10 years and sometimes there are unexplained postal delays, especially around any postal holiday, so please take that in account when you choose your shipping method. Shipping dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. The only Shipping method service we guarantee is Next_Day, USPS suspends all guarantees between December 22-25. I know shipping is expensive, and I don't want you to pay extra shipping priorities if you do not need it, however please do not choose something cheaper and expect delivery on time. If your party is important to you, choose the shipping method you need. Remember, plan for the unexpected!
Damaged or Undelivered Items: Please understand once your package has been scanned and in the possession of USPS, We have no control over the operations or efficiency of the post office. We can only provide you with the tracking number for your order. I am not responsible for items lost, stolen, undelivered/delayed or damaged by the postal service. If you receive a damaged item by the postal office make sure to file a damage claim with your local post office. We are not responsible for undeliverable items so please double check the shipping address you put on the order form as orders will be shipped to that exact address. Please contact USPS in regards to lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages to report or file a claim 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Refunds are not given for lost, stolen, undelivered/delayed or damaged items by the post office. Items will not be replaced for free. If you would like to replace the lost, stolen, undelivered/delayed or damaged item you will need to repurchase it.
We ship from Miami, Florida 33122 Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed and received in our system before 2:00 p.m. EST usually will be shipped out the same day. Typically, orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be shipped following business day. Orders placed on non business hours (Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and M~F after 3:00 p.m. EST) will be processed the following business day (Example: Orders placed Friday after 2 p.m. EST will be shipped following Monday). Shipping time usually takes 4-7 working days to arrive to the Pacific Coast and 1-5 working days on the East Coast. We are not responsible for proper placing of text, any addition text will be placed based on our preference unless the customer indicates us a preferred location (via email or phone call).
Shipping to DPO / APO / FPO we are not able to guarantee an exact timeline of delivery due to military transit dependencies, but we expect your order to be delivered within 7-14 business days. However, some orders may take up to 25 business days to deliver depending on military transit.
Please note that UPS Express Next-day or 2nd Day does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
